With spring officially here and Easter just around the corner, I am dying to get my hands on all the new items in stores. The beautiful pastel colours get me excited for the seasonal changes coming up and this time of year always feels like a fresh start. I am ready for the warmer weather to come so we can start the laid back entertaining that comes so easily during the spring/summer months. I’ve chosen a few items below that I want to incorporate in my entertaining adventures this season – I hope you enjoy them!

1. CHATEAU CLAIR GRAY SALAD PLATE SET ($34.46) – Heart ♥ it here!
When I came across these plates I knew they would be perfect for dessert! Although they are technically salad plates, their gorgeous designs are too nice to hide under a pile of salad and need to be displayed with a delicious decadent chocolate cake. 2. SOPHIE CONRAN ASSORTED SMALL BOWLS – SET OF 4 ($44.99) – Heart ♥ it here!
These tiny bowls are the perfect addition to your collection. Sophie Conran’s items are always classic and can be used for many years to come. I love having bows this size for nuts, candy, dessert etc. and the pastel colours have me excited for Spring. Found at Chapters Indigo.
3. GINGER RAY PICK MIX SPOTTY ROSE GOLD PARTY HATS ($8.00) – Heart ♥ it here!
Such a step up for the typical dollar store party hats! These are hats that your guests may actual want to wear. The metalics work well with many colour themes and you can find different colours on the website as well. Great addition to the party – even if just used for cute decor! Found at Chapters Indigo.
4. MARBLE MODERN CAKE STAND ($37.49) – Heart ♥ it here!
Although I may officially have an issue with the amount of cake stands I own (how much is too much?) I love this cake stand and its unique metal bottom. Most cake stands are ceramic and sometimes easily breakable but this one looks quite sturdy and is different from the classic ones. Found at Pier1.
5. CAMILLE STYLES ENTERTAINING ($32.97) – Heart ♥ it here!
If you haven’t heard of Camille Styles you are missing out! Her website provides amazing tips on entertaining and brings a laid back style to a sometimes stressful activity. In this book Camille bring all her seasonal tips together for one amazing entertaining resource guide. Found on Amazon.
