Fall is officially here and I am not mad about it! It is my favourite season and I cannot wait to start decorating the house and having people over for cozy evenings together. If you saw my Entertaining Bucket List, you know that I have a lot of fun ideas planned and I cannot wait to start on them. This season brings along the feelings of comfort and coziness which is perfect for lazy days together at home. I definitely prefer to stay at home relaxing with friends and I cannot wait to start baking up a storm in the kitchen.
Below are a few items that caught my eye for the fall and I think they would make a perfect edition in the home this season!

Fall baking is one of my favourite things to do throughout the year. I love gathering a few different recipes together with friends and spending the day in the kitchen. Last year I made variations of pumpkin bread, cinnamon swirl banana bread, pumpkin pie and pumpkin muffins. This year I want to involve some of the classics but also add in some delicious pecan butter tarts and a nice crumble crisp something! I can picture myself making some loaves in this adorable baking dish that says “homemade”. How nice would that be displayed in your kitchen when guests come over?! Found at Pier1.

I could not create this list without having one Halloween item on here! This platter is perfect to display in your kitchen/main living area and it doubles as decor along with being a handy serving tray. Cut up that pumpkin loaf you are baking and put it out for friends! Found at Pier1.

Although the evenings are getting cooler, I still enjoy getting out on the patio for a few last meals outside. One of my staples for outside fall entertaining is gathering up a bunch of cozy blankets together for everyone to hang out under. This one from Chapters caught my attention recently – I love the classic grey and the jersey-knit material is super soft. Also, it’s on sale – win win! Found at Chapters Indigo.

Now fair warning, this book is not for the faint of heart when it comes to swearing. It packs a very dirty potty mouth among some amazingly delicious recipes. Fall is all about staying in with friends and getting cozy therefore lookup a few recipes that look bomb and get flippin eating! Found on Amazon.
