TORTILLA PINWHEELS

Gobble these tortilla pinwheels up one at a time!

Ingredients

SPINACH SALMON TORTILLA PINWHEEL

  • 1 Spinach Tortilla
  • 2 tbls Cream Cheese
  • 15 Spinach Leaves (approx)
  • 2 pieces Smoked Salmon (about 30-40 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Mustard

RED PEPPER CHEESE TORTILLA PINWHEEL

  • 1 Plain Tortilla
  • 1 1/2 tbls Hummus (plain or roasted red pepper)
  • 2 1/2 tbls Red Pepper (tiny tiny pieces)
  • 2 slices Havarti Herb & Spices Cheese
  • 15 Spring Mix Pieces

Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS FOR: SPINACH SALMON TORTILLA PINWHEEL

  1. Spread the cream cheese in a thin layer on the tortilla.

  2. Place spinach leaves around tortilla covering the cream cheese.

  3. Place the salmon pieces around wrap (not over lapping each other).

  4. Spread the honey mustard on top of your salmon.

  5. Roll the tortilla into a long tube and cut into 1 inch pieces (you may need to discard the ends - or eat them!).

  6. Enjoy!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR: RED PEPPER CHEESE PINWHEEL

  1. Spread the hummus in a thin layer on the tortilla.

  2. Sprinkle the tiny red pepper pieces evenly around the tortilla.

  3. Place the cheese pieces around wrap (not over lapping each other).

  4. Place the spring mix leaves around tortilla covering the cream cheese.

  5. Enjoy!
